Only once your space is let is there a charge, so we only make money if you do. Our charges are 15% (+ VAT) of the gross monthly rental fee, plus a £25 (+ VAT) admin fee for month 1 only.

Register your details with us. This only takes a minute and allows us to contact you when we have found a tenant. Please be assured we never sell your
details, and never pass them on to a third party.
Step 2 - Enter space details
Please take a few minutes to tell us about your space so we can advertise it for you. Please mention any features such as security lighting, gated access,
etc, that will help make your space stand out.
Step 3 - Go live
We have trained staff to review your advert and value your space. This maximises the chances of a quick rental, at the optimal price. Your advert will
be live within 24 hours, and we'll contact you as soon as we've found a tenant.
