    As an established, professional company, you can rest assured all your needs will be met. Whilst harnessing the full power of the internet, we are passionate about providing good old fashioned customer service. A dedicated member of our team is assigned to each landlord to make the process as hassle free as possible. Our service includes:

    • Marketing – we immediately begin marketing your space on our website and our network of partner websites, newspapers & magazines. We also email details of your space to applicable people on our waiting list of over 7,000 people.
    • Viewings / Negotiating – we handle all enquires from prospective tenants, arrange viewings and negotiate terms on your behalf.
    • Contracts – we produce a professionally drafted contract designed to protect you. Our most popular contract is on a rolling monthly basis, where you can choose to let your space 24 hrs a day, either 5 days (Monday to Friday) or 7 days a week.
    • Parking Permit – your tenant is issued with a unique, clearly visible parking permit, for recognition and control.
    • Rental Collection – we collect all monthly rental amounts using Direct Debit, ensuring a smooth and safe method of passing on your rental income.
    • Management – we are here to help should any issues arise during the tenancy period on either side. We also pro actively negotiate rate increases on your behalf when market conditions prevail.

    What do we charge?

    As per a typical residential letting agent it’s free to advertise your space, but if you choose to go ahead and let your space through us we charge 20% (+ VAT) commission of the monthly rental fee we collect on your behalf.

    So we only make money, if you make money!

    Unlike traditional estate agents we will pro actively market your space to people interested in parking or storage. We have thousands of people registered on our waiting list interested in buying parking spaces or garages.

    As an established, professional company, you can rest assured all your needs will be met. Whilst harnessing the full power of the internet, we are passionate about providing good old fashioned customer service. A dedicated member of our team is assigned to each vendor to make the process of selling your space as hassle free as possible.

    What do we charge?

    Our commission is 2.5% of the sale price, payable upon completion.
