ParkLet Ltd follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of personal information in order to prevent unauthorised access. Personal Data is held on our contacts and administration database either because of work we have undertaken or are currently engaged in, or because we believe that clients may be interested in receiving material from us about our business and services. As such we hold client contact details and the history of our client relationship. This allows us to manage our client relationships effectively and target items of interest so that you do not receive unwanted material through the post.

ParkLet only retains personal data necessary to provide an ongoing service to our users. Website and app visitor data will be retained as long as necessary to provide the service requested/initiated through the ParkLet website and/or application.
The personal information we require in order to provide an ongoing service includes:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number(s)
These details are necessary for us to hold in order for you to create an account and to advertise a space or to book a space through ParkLet.
We may also retain additional personal information on our systems if you choose to provide this and give permission for us to hold it in order to enable further use of our services. This could include payment details, details provided by you about your parking space and details provided about your vehicle for booking purposes. This information is optional and can be removed or edited at any time whilst still resuming basic service on our website or app.
You have the right to request copies of your personal information or information about how we handle your personal information; to request copies of personal information that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used format; and to request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.
To request a copy of the data ParkLet holds on your account or for the removal of your data from our database please contact info@parklet.co.uk with your request. We will review and action your request within 30 days of receipt.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app or website we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilising our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
